Anadrol (Oxanadrol), also known as Oxymetholone is a DHT-derived steroid that is arguably the strongest oral steroid available. Like most oral steroids it is C17-alpha alkylated, to survive being metabolized in the liver after oral ingestion. Unfortunately, this makes Oxanadrol and most other oral steroids hepatotoxic (liver toxic). Oxanadrol is one of the more toxic orals available, and prolonged use can lead to possible adverse side effects. This compound is favored by professional athletes, bodybuilders, and powerlifters for a reason. It provides an acute increase in strength around an hour after ingestion, so it is commonly taken as a pre-workout drug to enhance training.
